John Jerry Valenta Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Jerry Valenta of Berclair, Texas, who passed away on November 24, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Rudolph Valenta and Ellene Ida Mae Valenta (Hertel). He is survived by: his significant other Patty Bates; his children, Jen Crownover (Michael), Joshua Valenta (Megan) and Allison Young (Cody); his sisters, Nancy Liska (Don) of Beeville and Ann Warwas (William) of Yorktown; his grandchildren, Reid, Boogie Crownover, Harper, Wyatt, Sawyer Valenta, Brayson, Sutton and Tilly Young; and his great grandchild Lucas Crownover. He is also survived by her kids and grandkids.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (1500 E F-M 351, Beeville, TX 78102). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks in lieu of flowers or donations to the family, please send rain when the farmers need it most, and not when they don't! Memorial donations given in his honor should go to the Berclair Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 543, Berclair, Texas 78107; Faith Lutheran Church, 1500 E. FM 351, Beeville, TX 78102; or a charity of your choice.
