It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Humberto Castro Tijerina of Berclair, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Tijerina and Graviela Tijerina; his wife Lydia Tijerina; and his siblings, Alfredo Tijerina, Tomas Castro and Guadalupe T. Benavides.

He is survived by: his children, Gloria Naderhoff, Esperanza Castillo and Humberto Tijerina Jr.; and his sister Graveila Tijerina. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
