Ken Vieth Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, at the age of 95, Ken Vieth of Benjamin, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ken Vieth to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Vieth and Laura Vieth; his wife Mabel Vieth; his sister Marjorie Meyer; and his son-in-law David Hanssen.

He is survived by: his children, Laurie Clayton (Dennis) of Fayetteville, AR, Beth Hanssen of Prosper, TX, Michael Vieth (Tanya) of Justin, TX and Mark Vieth (Regina) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Blythe Eggleston (Michael), Sean Clayton (Kelly), Stephen Hanssen (Kelly), Benjamin Hanssen (Alaina), Amanda Stark (Shawn), Christopher Vieth (Madelyn), Lauren Graham (Justin), Eric Vieth (Katlynn), Emily Roys (Colt), Taylor Vieth and Trevor Vieth; and his sister Dorothy Vieth of Columbia, MO.. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (5005 I-40, Amarillo, TX 79106).

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to Trinity Lutheran School or to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
