He is survived by: his brother Jim of Frisco; his children, Robin Torpy (Luke) of Garland, Jim Newton of Fort Worth, Martin LaHiff (Tiffany) of Florence, Ariz, Gus Deatherage of Hurst and Drew Deatherage (Alichia) of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Justin LaHiff (Nicole) of Roseville, Calif, Julie Ybarra (Victor) of Roseville, Michael Deatherage (Leslie) of Mabank, Nicholas, Emily and Alex Deatherage of Fort Worth.
