He is survived by: his wife Patricia Molder; his stepson Timothy Moxon; his granddaughters, Amanda McReynolds, Chrissy Cain, Jennifer Molder and Rachel Davis; his great grandchildren, Ally, Cutter, Cambree, Raylee, Natalie, Madison and Dominic; and his children, Kem Lively and Jem Molder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
