He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Zachary and Betty Zachary; his daughter Shana Zachary Phillips; and his grandson Toby Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Thigpen (Scott); his grandchildren, Lindsey and Zachary Phillips (Melissa); and his great grandchildren, Alexis and Landon. He is also survived by his siblings and many nieces and nephews.
