He is survived by: his wife Janna Welch Henry; his children, Emily Lasater (Joshua), Kyle Henry (Rylee) and Brycen Henry (Bailey); his grandchildren, Kallen Henry, Nelwyn Lasater, Hadlee Lasater, Evelynn Lasater and Paityn Henry; his mother Genese Burlett (Ed); his sister Karyn Henry; his mother-in-law Sharon Welch; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Welch, Debbie Ellis and Wayman Welch; and his nieces, Samantha Valvo and Alexi Klimek.
