He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Frontino Sr. and Elvera Lapa-Frontino; his wife Sylvia Isaacson of Dublin; and his sisters, Gloria Ann, Philomena and LeeAnn.
He is survived by: his brother Larry Frontino of Summersville, WV; his children, Denise, Frank, Paul, Michelle and Andrea; his grandchildren, Sara, Ryanne, Frankie, Bradley, Jamie, Nicholas, Harrison, Ryan, Brady and Reagan; and his great grandchildren, Jonathon, Sean, Matthew, Jordan, Ada, Nolan, Grayson, Jase, Corban and Kyler.
