She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Cockrum and Nadine Callahan Cockrum; her husband John Robert Swaffar; and her daughter Kimberly Denise Swaffar. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Jane Parish (Sam), Robert Anthony Swaffar (Gina) and Melissa D'Ann Pryce (Craig); her siblings, Charles Cockrum (Paula), Billy Cockrum (Ann), George Cockrum (Patsy), Harold Cockrum (Beverly), Debby Busby (Ronny) and Stephen Cockrum (Cathy); her grandchildren, Wendy Denise Allen (Matthew), Alexandria D'Ann Boyer, Shawn Robert Swaffar, John Tyler Swaffar, Jamie Parish, Wesley Parish (Leslie), Ashley Leon (Mike) and Tiffany Hooper (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Julie Elizabeth Allen, Natalie Grace Allen, Lauren Faith Allen, Madelyn Hope Allen, Anthony Travis Swaffar, Caleb, Ryan, Ava Joy Parish, Simon, Chloe, Anna and Emma Leon.
