With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Mae Cather of Benbrook, Texas, born in Bakersfield, Vermont, who passed away on March 23, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Isadore LaCross and Hazel Marie Stanley LaCross; her husband Harry Cather; and her children, Vance Cather and Kristy Wallace.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Cather, Varsi Klatzkin (David) and Tracy Hughes (Leland); her sister Dale Machia; her children-in-law, Susan Cather and Doug Wallace; and her grandchildren, Brad Cather, Christopher Cather, Britney Kelley (Brian), Stacy Hughes, Joshua Cather (Danielle) and Tyler Klatzkin.
