She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Philips and Lillian Philips; her husband Darwin Self; her children, Mike Self (Linda) of Pearland and Michele Cagle (Terry) of Fort Worth, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael Cagle (Kathryn), Rachel Cagle, Kelli Cagle, Barney Stagner, Jr. (Dena), Suzette Lapierre (Dave) and Steve Stagner; and her sister-in-law Aljuana Norcross (Chic). She was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
