She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Fields and Fern Iola Fields (Lacamp); her husbands, Curtis Hurst and Bobbie Moser; her brothers, Harold and Francis Fields; her granddaughter Fern Moser; and her daughter-in-law Betty Lavender Hurst.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Hurst, Linda Graves (Hurst), Daryl Hurst (Nancy), Geryl Hurst (Laurie), Janice Davis (Aaron) and Jim Bob Moser (Brandy); her grandchildren, Brandon, June, Kandra, Garrett, Justin, Jacob, Anna, Alyssia, Dylan and Ashlynn; her great grandchildren, Nathanael, Spencer and Natalie; and her siblings, Doris Taylor and Glen Fields. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
