She is survived by: her husband Jim Hooten; her children, Teresa Wise (Rick), Jeffrey Hooten (Eric) and Eric Hooten (Traci); her grandchildren, Hunter Hooten and Jacquelyn Connell (Taylor Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Sophia Kelsey and Cash Kelsey; and her brother David Exell (Carol). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
