He is survived by: his wife Ester Garza of Benavides, Texas; his daughters, Patricia Garza (Rick Peña) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Kathleen Ann Garza of Corpus Christi, Texas, Norma Jean Garza Dutton (Mike) of Lindale, Texas, Zenaida Garza of Freer, Texas, Melissa Garza Javed (Tahir), Cynthia Garza and Natalie Garza Platz (Brandon) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his siblings, Juan Manuel Garza (Sonia), Jose Arnoldo Garza (Luisa), Elva Garza Cantu (Julio) and Ludivina Garza Salinas (Valente); and his brother-in-law Jose Manuel Diaz. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
