It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez of Benavides, Texas, born in San Diego, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Gonzalez and Porfiria Gonzalez (Moreno); her husband Jose "Joe" Gonzalez Sr.; her sister Petra G.; her close friend Eloy Soliz Sr.; and her grandmother Reyitas "Momo" Saenz.
She is survived by: her son Jose "J. C." Gonzalez (Ashley) of Kingsville, Texas; her grandsons, Nathan Isaiah Vasquez, Jaron Michael Gonzalez and Jared Lei Gonzalez; her siblings, Elia Foley (Juan) of Benavides, Texas, Irma Cantu (Bruno) of Benavides, Texas, Juana Arroyos of San Diego, Texas, Luis Garza (Delinda) of Benavides, Texas, Juan Garza (Binki) of Benavides, Texas and Oscar "Pino" Garza (Monica) of San Diego, Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Davila (Alma), Stefanie, J. D. Foley (Mandy) and Hannah Foley. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
