He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopoldo Carrillo and Olivia Perez Carrillo; and his brother Leopoldo "Polo" Carrillo Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Aida R. Carrillo; his children, Librado Carrillo Jr. of Benavides, Texas, Louis Carrillo (Marie) of Benavides, Texas, Rolando Carrillo (Debra) of Benavides, Texas and Jennifer Saenz (Ramiro) of Benavides, Texas; his brother Lauro Carrillo of Benavides, Texas; his grandchildren, Librado Carrillo III (Micaela), Olivia Louise Carrillo, Brandon Carrillo, Tristan Carrillo, Kiara Carrillo, Anisa Saenz and Louis Andres Saenz; and his great grandchild James Carrillo.
