He is survived by: his wife Idolina C Peña; his children, Palmira Cuellar (Ramiro Jr.) of Benavides, Texas, Eduardo Peña (Celeste) of Benavides and Ernie Peña of Benavides, Texas; his siblings, Lydia Guerra of Rios, Texas and Gilberto Peña of San Jose, Texas; his grandchildren, Danielle N. Peña, Elaniee Hernandez, Emma L. Peña, Ramiro "Tres" Cuellar III, Michael A. Cuellar, Anthony D. Peña, Arayna Peña and Ellaray Peña; and his great grandchildren, Addison Mae Hernandez, Adelina Hernandez, Adaleigh Hernandez, Artie Hernandez, Braelynn Cuellar and Alaya Cuellar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
