It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Aida Garza of Benavides, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleuterio Garza and Elida Garza; her husband Gonzalo Garza; her brothers, Aristeo, Humberto and Mario Garza; and her great grandchild Olivia Garza.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jaime Omar, Velda Nora (Jorge) and David Luis; her children, Jaime Garza (Maria), David Garza and Nena Garza; her brothers, Eleuterio Garza (Delia) and Macario Garza (Leonor); her sisters-in-law, Olinda Garza and Domitila Garza; and her grandchildren, Eunice Garza, Omar Garza (Julia), David Garza (Joyce), Mariana Garza, Manuel Garza, Christina (John), Jorge, Garza, Jr., Laura, Tony Garza (Sandy), Javier Garza (Marlen), Ileana Garza and Benjamin Garza. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will be following all CDC and Government mandates and ask each guest to do so as well. We ask everyone to follow social distancing and wear masks inside the funeral home and church.
