She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Heaton and Della Dunn Heaton; her husband Bradley Stegall; her granddaughter Jennifer Cade; and her siblings, Paul Heaton, Reitt Heaton, Bennie Jo Heaton, Mickie Baker and Ester Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Cade of Fuquay, Mitch Cade of Ben Wheeler, Texas and Marcia Bockstein of Dayton, Florida; and her siblings, Doug Heaton and Ginger Elrod of Huntsville, Texas..
