Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David Albert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Russell and Alma Russell. He is survived by: his children, Phil Russell and Vivian Mead; his wife Johnnie Davidson; his children, Ann Russell and Mickey Mead; and his stepson Matt Davidson (Sharon). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home (215 E Front St, Tyler, TX 75702). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Bascom Cemetery (12489 FM 848, Tyler, TX 75707).
