She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Lafayette Sexton; her husband Dennis Clayton Gandy; her son Dennis Clayton Gandy II; her grandsons, Dawson Chad Gandy and Colton Jake Gandy; and her brothers, Vernon Lafayette "Bubba" Sexton II and Avery "Toogie" Burke.
She is survived by: her sons, Neil Gandy of Ben Wheeler and Nick Gandy (Whitney) of Ben Wheeler; her siblings, Ruby Guthrie (Rodney) and Richard Sexton (Karen); her brother-in-law Reno Gandy (Marilyn) of Van; her grandchildren, Dennis Neil Gandy, Heather Victoria Gandy Gardner (Reese), Domonick Clayton "Clay" Gandy II, Kristyn Nicole Gandy Hill (Jacob), Dalton Cash Gandy, Chloe Marie Gandy and Walker Boone Gandy (Oaklyn Rose Gandy); and her great grandchildren, Addilynn Nicole Hill, Tucker Jacob Hill, Halston Reese Gardner and Jett Anthony Gardner.
