She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Donnell and Elna "Sally" O'Donnell; her husband Bobby Gene Blakely; her son Robert "Dirk" Blakely; her grandson Mark Blakely; and her siblings, Pat O'Donnell, Shane O'Donnell, Tim O'Donnell, Dr. Jerry Michael O'Donnell and Raylene Smith.

She is survived by: her son Michael Blakely (Tina); her sister Cokie Eads (Sydney); her grandchildren, Greg Blakely, Crystal Harding (Chris), Amanda Eisen (Jon) and Rachel Blakely (Andrew Scott); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Blakely, Chloe Blakely, Blake, Austin Harding, Kinsley, Riley Eisen and Brody Scott. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
