He is survived by: his wife Dee Rigney of Belton; his children, Dean Rigney Jr. (Ashley) of Louisville, KY, Daniel Rigney (Kristin) of San Antonio and Dana Rigney of Waco; his brothers, Kenneth Rigney (Beckie) of Coldwater, MS., Gene Rigney (Ann) of Groveland, FL., Jimmy Brown of Magnolia, TX., Virgil Shuler (Juanita) of Owingsville, KY. and Billy Rigney of Lexington, KY.; and his granddaughter Madison Rigney.
