He is survived by: his wife Melissa Ann Tubbs (Motloch) of Belton; and his children, Canyon Wayne Tubbs, Coleman Alan Tubbs, Jerry Wayne Lucky, Brittany Ann Tubbs and Taylor Nicole Tubbs.
