She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Sheaffer and George Sheaffer; her husband Earl Baltzer; her son-in-law William Gilbert; and her great great grandchild Jason Everett.

She is survived by: her children, Phil Baltzer (Faye) of Williams, Karen Glascock of Belton, Valerie Gilbert of Belton, Pam Copeland (Mike) of Harker Heights and Cheryl Bass (Robert) of Belton. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was an avid lover of animals and donated to various animal charities.
