He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waid Beauchamp and Addie Parlee Owen Beauchamp; his brother Clinton Waid Beauchamp; his daughters, Julie Ann Cromer and Patricia "Tish" Cotham; his nephew Robert Beauchamp; and his cousins, Brad Whigham (Dondi), Julie Whitney (Jeff), Lori Page and Amy Cvetovich (Danny).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Beauchamp; his daughters, Robin Boren (Lewis), Elizabeth Churchill (Robert), Sharon Rainer and Reyna Beauchamp; his grandchildren, Zach Boren (Erin), Michael Brewer, Samantha Chandler (Spencer), Haley Braun, Nathan Cotham, Ashley Rainer, Cynthia Churchill, Seth Osborne-Churchill, Katelyn Churchill, Liam Beauchamp and Caroline Beauchamp; his great grandchildren, Noah Brewer, Carter Boren, Tate Oatley and Everley Churchill; and his nephews, Richard Beauchamp and Ryan Keith Beauchamp.
