It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valda Ruth Noblin (Belton, Texas), who passed away on May 5, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hezzie Hester and Ester Hester; her sisters, Betty Dubec and Wanda Funutes; her children, Kenneth Bailey of Gatesville, Mark Bailey of South Dakota, David Bailey of Belton, Daryl Bailey of Belton and Denise Leonard of Belton; and her brother David Hester of Rogers, TX. She was also cherished by her twenty grandchildren; her fifty four great grandchildren; and her first great great grandchild.
