She was predeceased by: her husbands, Vernon Griffin and J. W. Williams; her parents, John Butterworth and Dixie Butterworth; and her siblings, John, Jr. and Katherine Key.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Williams (Barbara) of Pearland, TX and Shirley Wiedman of Hutchinson, KS.; and her grandchildren, Cheryl Williams, Pamela Lupo, Stephen Williams and Johnnie Hugo. She is also survived by her 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
