Fowler; his stepdaughters, Cha Cha Herrington of Belton and Traci Wann (Chris Wann) of Decatur; his brothers, Jackie Fowler (Mary) of Belton and Butch Fowler (Barbara) of Rogers; and his sister-in-law Belta Fowler of Lorena. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
