He is survived by: his child Patty; his friends, Bob Carlisle and Doc Ballard; his brother Arthur Neale; his children, Rob (Brenda) of Belton, Patricia Jean Wilson (Bobby) of Salado, TX and John (Robin) of Belton; his grandchild Bill Wilson (Meredith); and his children, Gianna, Hunter, Anya, Emry, Ian, Pierce of Austin, TX and Robert Roy Potts, Jr (Ashley).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the First United Methodist Church-Belton, University of Mary Hardin Baylor, or the Roy and Jean Potts Swim Center c/o Belton ISD.
