She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Vargas and Faye Vargas (Stanley); her son Gerard Acosta; and her sister Lilly Martinez. She is survived by: her husband Guadalupe De La Rosa of Belton; her children, Frank Acosta of Belton, Kim Edenzo (Bart) of Alaska, Jesse Vargas of Belton and Rettie Leibowitz (Kevin) of Belton; and her sister Minnie Alexjandro of California. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
