She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Newton and Sarah Newton (Tipton); and her sister Elaine Myron. She is survived by: her husband David Van Horn of Belton; her daughters, Tearsica Brooks of Belton, Terri Van Horn of Allen and Tonya Watro of Allen; her siblings, James Brown of Florida and Angie Whitaker of Belton; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Katherine, Rebecca, Tom, Michael, Elsa, Anastasia, Genevieve and Grayson; and her great grandchildren, Fae, Audrey and Azazel.
