He is survived by: his father Lee Roy Tyler; his siblings, Eddie Tyler (Jerri) of Belton, Lannie Smith (Debbie) of Lafayette, Indiana and Joy Tyler of Corpus Christi; his daughter Melissa "Missy" Ellison (Richard Cass Ellison) of Belton; and his granddaughter Melodi Marie Ellison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
