She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Goldie Smith; her daughters, Sandra Lucas (Dave) and Sissy England (Patrick); her pet Elsie; her niece Carbella Brown; her great-niece Angie; her husband Walter Taggart; her father Wilber John Smith; her siblings, Jessie Smith, Denny Smith, Jerry Smith, Robert Smith, Henry Smith, George Smith, Romey Smith, Wilbur Smith, Maxine Ward, Violet Ward and Alice Ward; her son-in-law Dean Minnick; and her grandson Logan Minnick.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home (2525 N Main St, Belton, TX 76513). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the North Belton Cemetery (1500 N Main St, Belton, TX 76513).
