He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Rugg and Hester Jinice Rugg (Berry); and his sisters, Jenette Beaver and Sue Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rugg; his pet Archie; his daughters, Nanette Ryan of Rapid City, Michelle Sagraves (Scott), Mitzi Holland (Jim) of Granger and Dana Austin (Scott); his grandchildren, Trevor Ryan, Tayler Stogsdill, Kimberley Maxwell, Nick Sagraves, Jordann Hager, Alexandra Wendt, Justin Holland, Morgan Holland, Nathan Austin and Cade Austin; and his great grandchildren, Liberty, Jeffrey, Jayden, Charlotte, William, Beckham, Carlye and Monroe.
