He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Fowler and Hazel Fowler (Ashcraft); his spouse Belta Brown; his sister Edna Earl Fowler; his children, Sebrina Terpening, Marshall Fowler of Belton, Clyde Ray Fowler of Abilene, Devin Fitzpatrick of Waco and Paula Rodgers of Las Vegas; and his brothers, Butch Fowler of Rogers, Jackie Fowler of Temple and Roy Fowler of Belton.
