He was predeceased by: his parents, Onecima Nieto (Aleman) and Pablo G. Nieto; his son Raul Aleman Nieto, Jr.; and his siblings, Manuel, Joe, George Nieto, Delia Valenciano, Angie Rodriguez and Nina Gaitan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Bone of Longview, Sylvia Taylor of Richmond, Eliza Timaeus of Castroville, Teri Harris of Granbury and Patti Perry of New Boston; and his sister Delfina Moreno of Kyle. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerus great grandchildren.
