He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bills and Doris Kay Bills (Porter); and his siblings, Roger Bills and Linda Rojo. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bills; his daughters, Christina Bills-Aguillon and Elisha Jackson (Adam); and his grandchildren, Connor Aguillon of Belton, McKenzie Jackson of Belton, Kayleigh Jackson of Belton, Lexi Parrish of Belton and Tristin Tyler of Belton.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations to made to the Cancer Society.
