He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Castillo (Martinez); his brothers, Roy Castillo, Jesse Castillo, Augie Castillo, Henry Castillo and Johnny Castillo; his granddaughter Tazmin Castillo; and his great grandchild Alaina Trevino.

He is survived by: his spouse Pauletta Sue England; and his children, Pablo Castillo of Lubbock, Daryl Beatty of Houston, Margaret Montez of Lubbock, Michele Beatty-Coleman of Rogers, Ark, Rosie Prestin of Temple, Angela Bishoff of Belton and Tracye Castillo of Belton. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.
