She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Edwards and Bertha Edwards; her children, Brent Wendell Clanton (Darlene) of Tomball, Texas, Craig Warren Clanton and Kay Lynn Clanton Hewlett (Robert) of Spring; her husband Gerald Clanton; her daughter-in-law Carol Clanton-Shurtleff of Temple, Texas; her son Scott Clanton (Charlotte) of Houston, Texas.; and her great grandchild Avett. She was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren.
