He is survived by: his wife Marsha Milligan; his daughter Montie Elkins (Michael Elkins); his grandchildren, Nathan Dale and Mary Karele Smith; his great grandchildren, Kadyn, Rylan, Addie Sue, Jaxtyn and Zane; his brother Patrick Milligan (Sofia); his niece Marie Elena Green; and his nephew Frank Milligan.
