She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Horace Creed Williams and Lena Williams (Wilson); her husband R. A. "Ray" Phillips; her brother Horace Creed "Sonny" Williams, Jr.; her stepsons, Horace Phillips (Betty) of Oklahoma City, Jack Phillips (Mary) of Bakersfield and Ralph Phillips (Linda) of Amarillo; her siblings, Larry Williams of Brownwood and Billie Louise Dunn (Williams) of Robert Lee; her niece Machelle Hutchins; and her great-nephews, David Hutchins of Temple and Michael Hutchins. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
