She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Simon Karl and Ida Karl (Baker); her daughters, Connie Lenz (Joseph) of Arlington Texas and Marilyn Turner (Frank) of Belton Texas; her grandchildren, Melissa Jiles (Scott), Krista Stotler (Larry), Ashley Watts (Dustin), Brenna Scott, Donna Poulter (Chris), Brad Turner (Kerri) and Brett Turner (Allison); her sister Ruth Yielding; her husband Herman Schmidt; and her great grandchild Taylor Jiles. She was also cherished by 19 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
