She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pechal and Rosie Vitek Pechal; her husband William Joe Kotrla, Sr.; her granddaughter Selley Kotrla; and her siblings, Josephine Dudley, Joe Pechal, Ed Pechal, Jerry Pechal, Raymond Pechal and Clarence Pechal.

She is survived by: her sons, William Joe Kotrla, Jr. (Vicky) of Belton, Daniel Kotrla of Krum, Joseph Kotrla of Dallas and Gary Kotrla (Vickie) of Joe Lee; her sister Vallie Zavodny (Leon) of Rogers; her grandchildren, Scott Kotrla (Elena), Danielle Kotrla, Kris Kotrla (Krista), Kyle Kotrla, Jessica Hunt (Tom) and Andrew Kotrla; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Kotrla, Adam Kotrla, Matthew Kotrla, Kambelle Kotrla, Knox Kotrla, Keller Kotrla, Elliotte Hunt, Miles Hunt, Ivy Hunt and Eden Hunt.
