She is survived by: her husband David Franklin Ratliff; her son Jack Enman Ratliff; her granddaughter Crystal Marie Wilcoxen; her children, David Lynn Ratliff, Curtis Wayne Ratliff, Leonard Daniel Ratliff and Bobbie LaNell Ratliff Wilcoxen (Gary "Will" Wilcoxen); and her grandchildren, Jack Franklin Ratliff (Natasha Schuette), Brian Daniel Ratliff, John Curtis Ratliff, Cody Brandon Ratliff (Suzy Guthrie), Carla Renee Ratliff David (Michael David), Frances Nicole Ratliff Meade (Michael Meade), Leland Joseph Wilcoxen (Michelle Unhock) and Eric David Wilcoxen (Ashley Cole). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many friends.
