He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Willoughby and Alice Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Willoughby of Belton; his daughter Wendi Bowles (Scott) of Austin; his siblings, Jimmy Willoughby (Linda) of Gatesville, Danni Willoughby (Virginia) of Temple, Ricky Willoughby of Temple, Jay Willoughby (Marie) of Troy, Linda Culp of Florida, Mary Willoughby of Temple and Judy Beene of Morgan's Point; his grandchildren, Bryan, Joseph "Tre" III, Arya, Dalton, Charles, Lillianne and Justin "JJ"; and his uncle Joe I. He is also survived by Grandma Grandpa and your brothers.
