He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Clifford Rathbun and Helen Elizabeth Schroder of Pierre; his wife Liliana; his son-in-law James Ambrosini of Salinas; and his siblings, Fred of Joliette, Donald Rathbun of Mesa, Arizonia, Virginia Miller and Curtis (Clay).
He is survived by: his children, Denise G. Ambrosini and Dario Fabiani; his daughter-in-law Regena; and his sisters, Florence Bruce and Dorothy Mueller. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 there will only be services held at the graveside.
