He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Wooley and Corrine Wooley; his wife Evonne Elliott; and his brothers, Billy and Tony Wooley.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Wooley of Belton; his granddaughters, Mikayla Dickerson of Belton and Micah Denny of Michigan; and his sister Faye Butler of Belton. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
