He is survived by: his wife Doris Genease Mitchell; his children, Laura Arevalo (Chris), Amanda Bronniman (Justin) and Josh Briscoe (Buffie); his sisters, Nancy Martin, JoAnne Hatcher and Kathy Fields; and his grandchildren, Eliana Arevalo, Skyler Bronniman, Hallie Briscoe and Gavin Briscoe.
