It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Marie Engelke of Belton, Texas, born in Cameron, Texas, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert John Engelke; and her son Robert John Engelke, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Engelke (Yvonne) of Eddy and Donald Engelke (Julie) of Belton; her sister Aileen Jones of Cameron; and her grandchildren, Meghan, Emily Engelke of Temple, TX, John Engelke of Rockdale, TX and Michael Engelke of Houston, TX. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Cameron.
